Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the appliance is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Depending on the item size, we will either coordinate a professional freight pickup from your location or provide instructions for dropping off the unit at our nearest warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
