We offer standard curbside delivery, white-glove in-home installation, and local warehouse pickup. Delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and stock availability.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we provide professional installation for most major appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, and laundry pairs. You can add installation services to your cart during the checkout process.
What is your return policy for large appliances?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a valid receipt. Please note that installed or used appliances are not eligible for return unless they are found to have a manufacturer defect.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view real-time updates on your delivery status.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All appliances sold at Coast Appliances come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer extended protection plans that cover mechanical and electrical failures beyond the initial warranty period.
